The Hidden Realities

The Hidden Realities

Let's switch gears and be a little extra raw for a second.

The reality in the hair industry is that often the only requirement for anyone to attend cosmetology school is a high school transcript that shows completion of the 10th grade; at least in Idaho.  I joke that "any idiot can do hair", but that it's the connection and relationship that will make or break a stylist's career.  Diadem Hair Co is passionate about establishing relationships with clients, hair professionals, and encouraging fellow stylists to do the same.

At Diadem, we feel that the Non-Disclosure is a hindrance to both the stylist and client.  It only serves the creator's bottom line.  There's no need to pay $5,000 for initial education, $2,000 for continued education and a monthly fee to access peer to peer support, only to have to pass on that cost to the client.  Its highway robbery if you ask me.  Besides...all of those patented methods that stylists have overpaid to learn are available on www.uspto.gov website...in detail...for FREE.  TBH, who patents a method anyway?? That's like patenting and profiting off of a method to make bed or tie a pair of shoes...I said what I said.
